Cannot Cancel Customer Subscription

I'm trying to cancel my customer's subscription and the cancel buttons won't do anything. I went to the subscription and the three dots and selected cancel subscription, and filled out the reason for cancelling... but neither the cancel immediately button or the cancel on renewal button work. I click them and nothing happens.

Weird. I left the page and went back into it to try again and it worked. I don't know why it didn't work the first time around but it worked now
