    Pabbly does not change any webhook data. It must be Helpcrunch sending limited data in webhooks(many SaaS do that). Also, the link you shared is about Getting a Single Customer using API and not webhook. So you can use API module of pabbly to get more info with custom id you get from webhook.

    You should not use Multiple sheet in a spreadsheet when you're setting up a trigger using Pabbly Google Sheet addon. It is a limitation. You have to use multiple spreadsheet, each with only 1 sheet.
