Action Firing Multiple Times

I have the picture workflow- a post goes up in heartbeat, AI copies the text and removes HTML tags, gmail sends out an time with the text. It was working fine in testing when it was just sending an email to me. Monday I added 2 emails to the distribution and now I get four emails for each post made. I had the new emails in the TO field, then moved them to the CC field with the same results.

Hi @Darryl DHE,

The issue you are describing occurs when a user clicks on 'Save & Send Request' multiple times, which, in turn, creates multiple webhooks in the application. There are two solutions for this:
  1. You have to log in to your Heartbeat account and delete the duplicate webhooks one-by-one.
  2. Alternatively, you can disable the workflow in which you are facing the issue and set up a new workflow from scratch (without cloning).
