Added Delete link to id for rebrandly

Hi, as the attached printscreen demonstrates, there is a way to create the link, to edit it, to add a tag, but you haven't contemplated how to delete the link.

Especially in larger accounts where many links are deleted it would be advisable to be able to delete them after a certain period of time (using the delay up to day X).
