Affiliate commission does not appear

Why hasn't the commission for my affiliate appeared on commission page, even though they made a sale via their affiliate link?

On the subscription page, it shows that there is a sale connected to this affiliate, but on the commission page there is no commission.

After reviewing this on our end, we've determined that you have manually mapped an affiliate for this subscription. Because the affiliate was added manually using the 'Add Affiliate' option under the subscription section, commissions will be assigned to this affiliate starting from the next recurring payment and not for existing ones. Therefore, no commission has been generated for this affiliate up to this point.
If you wish to assign a commission for the existing sale of the subscription, you'll need to manually add the commission for this affiliate. For further details on how to manually assign commission under the affiliate, please refer to the help document provided below.
