To capture and send AI Assistant WhatsApp replies to your server/CRM using Pabbly Chatflow:

1. Log in to your Pabbly Chatflow account and navigate to Settings > API and Webhook.

2. Click on Add Webhook and enter your custom Server / Webhook URL.

3. Select the Message Sent event and save.

Note: The Message Sent event triggers for all outgoing messages sent from your account (both manual agent replies and automated AI Assistant replies).

To isolate only the AI Assistant responses, you can set up a Filter step on your webhook endpoint (or within your automation workflow) to check the incoming payload condition—such as filtering by the sender/bot identifier or response source—so that only AI-generated messages are processed and stored in your CRM.
