We are attempting to publish our app, Enginemailer, on Pabbly Connect. However, according to the documentation, when we try to create an app at https://connect.pabbly.com/app, we consistently encounter the following warning error (refer to the attached screenshot). Please note that we have not yet integrated our app, Enginemailer, with Pabbly.

The name of the App is Enginemailer-Beta. This app is not being used in any workflow at the moment. Appreciate that if you could let us what is the cause of all these issues. Is there any limitation for features/functions from our account with Pabbly?

If your problem is resolved then it great if not then you can try following steps.
Go back to the app creation form at https://connect.pabbly.com/app.
Methodically go through every single field. Look for asterisks (*) or "required" labels.
Even if a field seems optional, try filling it in if the warning persists.
