Are you able to send an invoice pdf from Xero into Notion?

Hi there

I am looking to create a new database item in Notion when we create a new invoice in Xero.

Zapier allows me to send an invoice PDF into Notion, but I do not seem to have this option on Pabbly.

Am I missing something or is this just not available yet?

You can use the action named "Get an Invoice URL" to retrieve the invoice URL. Please refer to the attached image for more details.

I have a follow on question.

I am successfully sending through invoices into a Notion database, but I would now like to update the Payment Status once it is marked as paid in Xero.

Can you assist with the workflow that I would need to create for the following scenario:

Invoice marked as paid in Xero > Find related Notion database item > Update the Payment status field from Waiting for to Paid

Hello @Matt23

You can try that out on your end by using trigger "Xero : New or Update Sales Invoice".

You will also need Filter to separate the Updated invoices for only "paid" ones.

Please try that out and let us know if it works for you.
