Asking the question of repeater order

Xero to WooCommerce: We created invoice order #8787 on November 15, 2024. However, we noticed that the invoice was run two time in Pabbly and we affect the product quantity being reduced twice, as shown in the image below.

I am unable to find the task history ID since I can only view the history for this month. Could you help me determine how to prevent the duplicate order reduction?Can i add any conditional to avoid this issues

Hello @zaoyao,

It seems the issue is occurring because the trigger for your workflow is set to "New or Updated Sales Invoice." As a result, when an invoice is updated, the workflow is triggered again.

To help resolve this, could you please capture two separate responses:
  1. One when the invoice is created.
  2. One when the invoice is updated.
Once we have these, we can suggest a key to filter by, preventing the same invoice from being processed multiple times.
