Hi @analytics,

Based on your Task History, I can see that the issue is related to the 'OpenAI: Generate Content' action step. Please try using GPT-4 or GPT-3.5 Turbo as your AI model; that should fix your issue.

Hi,

When I selected GPT-4-0314 model I am getting below error :
This is a chat model and not supported in the v1/completions endpoint. Did you mean to use v1/chat/completions?

However issue had started from yesterday, please suggest which model can I use.

Now, I am using gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct Model but still on my google my business page auto response is not generating.

Please suggest what is the error.

Please login to your GMB and Pabbly Connect account in an Incognito Tab and establish a new connection with your GMB account, then click on 'Save & Send Test Request' and see if the reviews are fetched or not.

I have created new work flow IjU3NjUwNTY5MDYzMTA0MzY1MjZiNTUzMTUxMzEi_pc . I am fetching all customer review with ChatGPT reply in google sheet but pabbly also sending only chatgpt reply in g-sheet without any other field, pls help me on this.

Hi Team,
Please look into this on priority I am getting this trigger running every 15 minutes and exporting only ChatGPT reply in my google sheet, please refer attached image.
I have tried every thing but problem still persist.

Thanks for adding the filter however the data is not capture in my google sheet and autoreply is not generating to GMB page.
Customer had commented on 21:50 PM on my GMB page, as I check task history it is executed only 3 step at 22:53 PM .
Please suggest where is the error ?

I submitted a test review on your GMB page and received the automated response. Please monitor your workflow for some time without making any changes to its setup. It should work.
