Business eligibility payment issue
Status: Answered · Asked by UNACADEMY Guwahati on · 0 views
Hi Pabbly Support,
My WhatsApp broadcast failed for all 84 contacts.
The error displayed is [131042] Business eligibility payment issue.
The contacts are valid and WhatsApp numbers are detected, but none of the messages were delivered.
Could you please check whether this issue is related to my WhatsApp Business API account, Meta billing, or messaging eligibility and help me resolve it?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error details.
Error [131042] "Business eligibility payment issue" is returned by Meta, not by Pabbly. It indicates a payment or account configuration issue on your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) rather than a problem within Pabbly Chatflow itself. This is why your contacts are valid and detected but the messages are not delivered.
Please verify the following on your Meta/WhatsApp Business setup:
1. Payment method: Log in to Meta Business Manager, go to Billing then Payment Settings, and add/verify a valid payment method (make sure it isn't expired, declined, or unverified).
2. Credit line: Confirm your credit line is active and not exceeded.
3. WABA status: Ensure your WhatsApp Business Account is active, not restricted or suspended, and is linked to the billing account.
4. Timezone and currency: Set these correctly in your Meta Business settings.
5. GST / tax details: Adding applicable tax info in the billing section is mandatory, as messages will fail without it.
6. Business verification: Complete Meta's business verification with the required documents.
After updating the payment method, Meta needs some time to revalidate. Sending usually resumes within a few minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate.
Once everything above is configured, please retry with a single number first. If the error still persists, share a screenshot of the broadcast status and your Pabbly-registered email at support@pabbly.com so we can investigate further.
