Cannot send Order Summary in whatsapp using pabbly connect

I'm trying to send an order summary in WhatsApp I have generated API keys, done business verification, done payment verification, created a production app, and got approval on the WhatsApp display name. I'm using Pabbly Connect, I have made a workflow to send a message when an order is completed, in Pabbly Connect the response is working properly and getting accepted, but the main thing is that I have to receive the message on WhatsApp... but I'm not recieving orders on WhatsApp what might be the problem... lend me your help..

It seems that the API response from WhatsApp shows the status as "accepted" (indicating the message was sent), but the message isn't being received on WhatsApp. In this case, we recommend reaching out to WhatsApp application support to address the issue directly.
