Chat Flow AI is not start.

Dear Sir, We have created AI for chat flow.. everything is ok.

as per your video. on you tube. but after new whats just start with hello.

but no response, and if allowed fallback message so send fallback messege every time.

need two support.

1-for normal chat, AI start Manual ?
2- and how to work, when we send as marketing message with template.
