ChatFlow - Broadcast Campaign are failing
Status: Closed · Asked by GrowthMagnet Advisory on · 0 views
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out about your failing broadcast campaigns in Pabbly Chatflow.
A "Failed" status usually does not mean the entire campaign failed — it often means a subset of contacts could not be delivered. Here are a few things to check:
For your most recent campaigns, the issue appears to be related to insufficient credits in your Pabbly Chatflow account. You can either upgrade your current plan or purchase a monthly plan, which will provide you with additional credits for this month.
As for the broadcast message sent earlier, we checked your Inbox and found another issue.
(#131042) Message failed to send because your WhatsApp Business account has unsettled payments. Visit https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub/accounts/details/?business_id=2378268099045303&asset_id=762590703140948&wizard_name=PAY_NOW&account_type=whatsapp-business-account to resolve this issue.
This is a Meta/WhatsApp billing-related error.
What error #131042 means
(#131042) Message failed to send because your WhatsApp Business Account has unsettled payments.
It means Meta has detected an outstanding/unsettled payment associated with the WhatsApp Business Account. Because of this, Meta is preventing WhatsApp messages from being sent from that account.
Open the Meta Billing Hub link provided in the error:
Check for any outstanding/unsettled payment.
Complete the payment or resolve the billing issue shown there.
Once Meta clears the outstanding amount/restriction, WhatsApp messaging should be allowed again.
Thank you, It helps!
Broadcast Messages are not yet delivered, despite -
1) I cleared unsettled payment and now there is no unsettled payment 2) I topped up Chatflow monthly credit by buying it extra
Have you attempted to send a new campaign after making these changes? If so, please share the name of that campaign.
Yes, two campaigns as under and both failed with zero delivery --
1) Awareness 360 MCI DPGS_1_G360
2) Awareness_2_MCI_1
Thank you for sharing the campaign name. It appears that you are now encountering an Authentication Error. Could you please confirm whether the access token in your WhatsApp Cloud API is valid?
Have you made any other changes?
This what I have been using since beginning, so access token in WhatsApp Cloud API should be valid?. Can you please connect and resolve it today? Our campaign is impacted now for quite sometime.

Whenever you have an outstanding payment to Meta—at least in my case—the shipment was reactivated about 24 hours later, and I saw the error you described on the screen.
