Cliniko - Locate which practitioner & location a patient visited :D

Hi,

Loving the support shown to cliniko, trying to see if there is a way of if I need to contact support to see if they can add.

But need to know when a appointment is booked, which practitioner and location they went to as client has 3 locations.

Use case is we send out emails via high level, but want to personalise by the doctor name and by location for each new appointment

Looks like we have to lookup another API call like practionneer or something as cliniko in their wisdom seems to on bookings provide links to other parts of the system to then have to pull further data lol

Kindly use the step "Cliniko : Get a Patient Details"-

And check in the response if the Doctor name comes in it or not.

Wish it did as would make life so much simpler but the only thing it does is gives us more links to pull more details, cliniko is so weird why it can't just give us it all when a customer book.


There isn't any doctors but you get this further down

This is when a booking comes in so looks like we have to get the doctor from looking up this value, again so annoying like can't you just tell us lol

Some applications doesn't provide with full details under the response.

Here, what you can do is, you can first get the IDs of all the 3 doctors from above there address URL and then further add two of the steps further after your trigger step-

Use next step as Lookup and add the remaining Doctor's ID and you will get the response accordingly -

This will work as per your requirement.
