A few weeks ago, when I first set up this workflow, I successfully connected it to my agency account and tested sub-account creation without any problems. However, today, when a new client joined, the automatic sub-account creation failed.

I received the following error message:

StatusCode: 401
Message: The token is not authorized for this scope.

I’ve tried reconnecting to my agency account and sending a test request again, but I’m still getting the same error.

Please help me check this issue.

It appears that the issue was temporary and originated from LeadConnector’s end, and it now seems to have been resolved. We request you to kindly test the action again and let us know if the issue persists.
