I am trying to integrate Google Forms with Xero. But I have got an error shown in the attachment. Can I know how to solve this?

Let me know as soon as possible cause this is quite urgent for me. FYI, it works for the last time, I think after some updates it suddenly cannot work and prompt this error message when I want to get a test result and see the outcome on Xero
