Create Users in High Level / LeadConnector - Wrong SubAccount Location

We have this workflow setup to find the location ID in Monday and then Add the users to that location, when a status changes in Monday.
It worked on the original setup, but I just ran it with a client and it loaded them to a different location ID. Do you know what may be causing this?
The location it added them to is not inside of the Monday.com Item, so I'm confused how it got that information.

Regarding your workflow can you please try the action step Get Location by Location Id action step in place of the Search location by Campany Id action step?
