Creating new connection

Hi,
I am not sure what the best practice is for creating new connections and using existing connections.
For example I have 4 different office locations
I have one Zoho Form connected to one Zoho Sheet for each location. So I have four Pabbly connections.
Should I also make four new pabbly connections to connect each Zoho Sheet to my Zoho CRM?
Thanks,
Mital

Hi @Mia1,

If you want to fetch data from the same Zoho Sheet account you have already connected to, you can use the same connection.

Hi,
I have several different webbooks from different workflows all pushing data into my single CRM Contacts module or CRM Accounts module.
So should I make different connection for each webhook,
or just make two connections to the CRM (one for Each Module),
or do I only make one connection for all data being pushed into the CRM?
I am still unsure of how the connections work and the best practice guidelines.

Hello @Mia1,

If all four Zoho Sheets and all four locations are associated with the same account (i.e., they share the same login credentials or email), then a single connection to your CRM and one connection to your Zoho Sheets should be sufficient.

However, if these workflows involve different accounts (e.g., associated with different email addresses), you will need to create separate connections for each account.

Once the connections are established, you can configure the necessary actions and triggers in Pabbly Connect. Simply add the appropriate webhooks to the specific forms, sheets, or workflows as required.
