Custom domain shows 404 not found

Hi, I use Cloudflare your recommended DNS. I have also read the KB article here and followed all the instructions: https://www.pabbly.com/subscriptions/docs/custom-domain/

However, my custom domain shows 404, see screenshot: http://share.4bub.nz/i/GyVEn9

However, the payment URL's are working fine with the custom domain.

Can you please help me. I am probably missing a basic setting. Thanks.

We would like to let you know that your custom domain works with payment or login links in your Pabbly account, but will give errors if operated separately.

is there any way that we can add custom page or message, as its not good for branding. Also, we notices that pages are loading quite a slow client and payment page, how can we make user experience better?
