Customer Account Issue

  1. a customer (JoeB) was sent a link to pay for a single product, filled it out and paid for the product
  2. As such the system created a customer (JoeB) and I could find that customer and log in as JoeB and view the payment.
  3. after a week JoeB used our service again and of their own used the first link to make a second payment.
  4. They found the link, clicked on the link, and filled out the form for the payment, the same as 1, BUT a problem occurred.​
  5. The system CREATED another customer, also called JoeB, although it's the same customer with the same credentials.​
  6. So that the second payment is NOT in the invoice history of the first and a search of JoeB did not show both transactions!​
If 1 and 4 are the same customer with the same email the system should NOT have created a separate customer but Merged payment 4 with 1

Also, a search of the same email associated with JoeB found both payments in Sales but when you LOG in as JoeB you do not find Both Sales.

We would like to inform you that we have checked your query at our end as well as on your system too and we found that the system is creating different customers for every payment from the same plan link with same credentials of the customer and this event is happening on both our system as well as on your system too.
So, we request you to please check this once again at your end and if still you face the same issue then we request you to send us the video showing us the issue so we can check and help you accordingly.

We have already created a customer on your system at 22/05/2022 for system and this time again, we have created the customer with the same user name and credentials through the same plan checkout link and it is still showing the single customer in customer tab and two different subscription under the subscription tab.

We would like to inform you that first we have checked your query on our system but we have not found any issue related to your query then we have checked the customers on your account but we did not get any customer which have created twice with the same Email, Name and other credentials so it was needed to create a customer through your checkout page so that we can check the issue related to your query and also, we made payment through the Test Gateway but we have not found the issue related to your query and the system is working fine.

We have created the customer with the same user name and credentials through the plan checkout link available on your system (created by you) and it was showing the single customer created in customer tab and two different subscriptions created under the subscription tab since the customer has subscribed it twice through the checkout page and also it created two different Invoices for two different purchases and it will also show two Sales since purchase has been made twice through the checkout page but it will show the single customer under the customer section since it was the same customer purchased twice through checkout page.
