- a customer (JoeB) was sent a link to pay for a single product, filled it out and paid for the product
- As such the system created a customer (JoeB) and I could find that customer and log in as JoeB and view the payment.
- after a week JoeB used our service again and of their own used the first link to make a second payment.
- They found the link, clicked on the link, and filled out the form for the payment, the same as 1, BUT a problem occurred.
- The system CREATED another customer, also called JoeB, although it's the same customer with the same credentials.
- So that the second payment is NOT in the invoice history of the first and a search of JoeB did not show both transactions!
Also, a search of the same email associated with JoeB found both payments in Sales but when you LOG in as JoeB you do not find Both Sales.
