Digistore (Reseller) connect to Systeme.io

Hi,
I need to connect the reseller Software digistore with systeme.io when I sell products. Unfortunately we struggle to set it up.
Process is:
People pay via digistore, when payment is done, digistore sends message via webhook to systeme.io and gives access to product.
I checked the posts but couldn't find this.

To address the issue you're facing, please set up your workflow as follows:

1. Trigger: Digistore24 : New Order Event
2. Router:
   1. Route 1: Filter: Check if the user exists in Systeme.io.
   2. Route: 1: Action: Systeme.io: Grant Access to Course
   3. Route: 2: Filter: If the user does not exist,
   4. Route: 2: Action 1: Systeme.io : Create Contact
   5. Route: 2: Action 2: Systeme.io: Grant Access to Course

Hi Preeti, thanks for your prompt answer. I tried to follow but sincerly I am completely lost. Could you please help me to set it up: I checked now the videos but I don't know how I can set up the Route. In the video it explains the route for google sheets.

Bugs are:
I dont see all courses of systeme.io
I cant select the partial access
It is requesting the Contact ID (Required) where I cant find and it seems like it doesn't accept the email

Please follow the steps shown in the video below and set up Digistore24 as your trigger step. Make sure to perform a test submission as demonstrated in the video and capture actual data in your trigger step. Once you've done this, please let us know.
