duplicate actions - Excel row

Dear all,

I have only an active workflow, that means Purchase through Thrivecart > add Excel row in a sheet > QBO.

I can not understand why, some purchases have been indicated twice in the Excel sheet.

Even if I disabled the re-execution

Hey @Assunta !

It seems you have clicked on "Save & Send Test Request" for the Thrivecart trigger step twice, because of which duplicate webhooks has been saved inside your Thrivecart account causing it to send duplicated data for a single submission-

In order to rectify this concern, you can check on the following ways-

  • You can either ask Thrivecart support to delete duplicate webhooks from your Thrivecart account and leave only one as active,
  • Or ,You can create a new workflow from scratch and make sure to use "Save & Send Test Request" only once in order to avoid further duplications.

thank you, it worked.

Unfortunately, it seems not to work for the upsell.
So, for example, if a contact makes a first purchase, and then buys also the upsell offer, only the first purchase is reported in the excel sheet.

How can I fix it?

For Upsell, you will be required to create another workflow with the trigger event as shown below-

This will work for you.

Connect this workflow with the same Google Sheet in order to add Upsell details as well.

I don't know why, suddently the automation stopped working, even if it seams correct

We can see that the workflow is working without any errors in it.

Kindly check now by doing a test submission or wait till an actual purchase is made and check further if the data is added inside your Excel sheet or not, as we have just refresh the fields and click on SAVE for you.

The reason behind the concern or errors can vary depending upon what issue has occurred.

Incase, you edit the Excel sheet header column or add a new column in between, then in that case you can refresh the field and click on SAVE.

Or incase any other issue comes up, then a new connection for Excel needs to be created.

But incase there is some issue, you can always get back to us and we can help you out on it.

yesterday another payment, which was not transferred by Pabbly.
I did not change any column/row of the Excel sheet.

Kindly perform a test submission now in Thrivecart and check further if the information gets added to your Excel account or not.
