email format sent is incorrect. contains extra strings

it is happening for all emails sent.

Hi @nayana,

Thanks for sharing the workflow URL and screenshots.

The emails are being sent in this format because the value you have mapped in the Email Content field is coming in the same structured/JSON format from the previous step (AI response). So, the workflow is working as expected based on the mapped input.

To fix this, please make sure you are mapping only the actual email body content (the plain text) from the AI step output, instead of mapping the complete response object. Once the correct content field is mapped, the email will be sent in a proper format.
