Email is sending twice

I configured the razor pay capture on order paid basis then i taken router to differentiate the product using unique id and sent successfully.
i placed routers for each product (2 products as of now) but it sending mail twice and tasks are used 2, i need to restrict the mail to be sent only once, please clarify will task usage reduces to 1 if only one mail is sent or 2, my issue is mainly one mail has to be sent not two to reduce burden on customer side as after payment razor pay sents 2 mails again 2 mails from us will irritate customers.

Are you referring to the email notification being sent from Google Drive's end when sharing the file?

Okay. Those are sent by default from Google Drive's end. So you cannot disable it as of now.

ok thanks as of now tasks taking count of 2 my worflow is like when payment done using router i am sending gdrive file based of certain field as filter, will it consume 2 tasks ? just to know how tasks consume

Right now, it will consume 1 task when a workflow exeuutes -

As per the instructions i tested the router and it sending mails twice and tasks are utilizing twice for clarity i am attaching ss

We checked your workflow and seem that you have set two events on the same webhooks.


Payment Authorized Event -

Payment Captured Event -

Please set the webhook events correcty over Razopay for which you want to the worklfow to be triggered.
