Email Notification
An automated feature of Pabbly Subscription Billing is that it notifies the customer and the merchant automatically about various actions via email notifications.For example: When a customer purchases your plan, then an email is sent to the customer which has the details of the purchase and another email is sent to the merchant which has the details of the customer who has purchased the plan.
The email template sent to the customer is fully customizable. You can even change the language of the notification. There are several shortcodes given that displays different data.
You can add plain text and shortcodes to complete the information.
In this way, the template looks professional and has all the important details.

How to Edit an Email Template?
If you want to edit the template then you can follow the below steps
Navigate to settings from Pabbly Subscription Billing dashboard and click on Email notifications the following page will be displayed.
We have the option to edit the email notifications and for this you can hover on the email notification that you want to edit, as shown below:
When you click on "Edit," the following page will appear, allowing you to make any necessary changes according to your requirements.
Custom Email:
Create your first email template- Details of all the custom email templates will be displayed here.
- You can set a product-wise email template here.
- The custom email will be sent to your customer rather than the default one.
- Add the name of the custom template to recognize it later.
If you want to create the custom email template then you can follow the below steps
Navigate to settings from Pabbly Subscription Billing dashboard and click on custom email the following page will be displayed.
Now Click on 'Add Template' to create custom template. Click on save to create the custom template.
Please note that the default SMTP server provided by Pabbly has an email limit of 200 per day. if you need more email notification limit you can connect your own SMTP inside Pabbly Account
