Hi @Caryl,

Could you please share the Task History ID in which you faced issues with the execution of the 5th step of your workflow?

It's a success in the history, but it's not adding the data to the spreadsheet because the filter it's following is Step 2 instead of Step 4. How can we solve this?

Upon examining your workflow, it appears that the filter action you've configured is preventing the workflow from progressing due to specific conditions outlined in the filter step.

Kindly reassess your filter conditions and attempt the process again.
