Encharge and Pabbly Integration - API Update?

I've used the Encharge trigger with no issues. Here is the information I'm receiving from Encharge:

Talking with another Pabbly/Encharge user on Facebook, he is getting this information back for the same trigger:

Any idea what the difference is? I've reconnected with Encharge and still getting the same data back. No email, no referrer, etc.

It appears that you haven't set up your account properly, which is why you are not receiving the correct data. Please log in to your Pabbly Connect and Encharge accounts in an Incognito Tab and establish a new connection with your Encharge account.

Please follow the steps provided in the attached video below to set up "New Person" as your trigger event. Only the first half is relevant to your use case.
