Hi @jaibharatindore,

Based on my limited understanding of your use case, it seems like you want to capture data from your software and send notifications using the WhatsApp Cloud API.

For this, the software through which you want to capture data needs to support Webhooks. If it does, you can use Webhook by Pabbly to capture this data.

To send notifications though WhatsApp you would have to setup WhatsApp Cloud API as the action event. Only the second half of the video is relevant for your use case.
