Hi @CCSN,
We have checked your workflow and found that you are passing "September 2022...." in the field Product And Service of Interest.
However when I checked the workflow by switching off Map option, there is no option for "September 2022 Think..." available in the dropdown list as showing in below image. Kindly pass the correct field value in the mapping then you will not get any errors in the workflow.
