Hey @Ritik Madaan!

We have checked your task history and found that you are passing the email address of non-existing contact. That's why you are getting the error.

The email address should exist in your account for updating the contact.

Can you please confirm if you want to update and create a contact as well in your Platform.ly step?

As currently, we can see that you are trying to update the user.

But as per the above issue which you have received, it was not existing in your Platform.ly account.

Hey @Ritik Madaan !

We have created a dummy workflow in your account by the name "CLONE - [UF - Thrivecart to Platformly] ".

Kindly refer to it, as it will create a new workflow if it doesn't exist in your Platformly account, or will update the user if they are available.

Do check and let us know if this can work for you.
