I am connecting Google Forms with Office 356. But I cannot send emails. I received the following error:
ErrorInternalServerError - An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.
Is this because of something on my end or it is the platform? Can you help me to fix it?

Please ensure that the recipient's email address is provided in the specified format within the help text, and then attempt the action step once more.

Since I chose the email address from the Google Form templates, I cannot change them and put a bracket before and after the email address. It is not editable.
Please let me know how to use the drop-down and email address from the Google Form and comply with the requirements.
