Facebook Instant form connection timed out

Facebook Instant form connection timed out, Is there a button or command i can press that will refresh the Connection with lead form? i believe the connection with Facebook expires every 6 months, how do i go about reconnecting it without having to make a whole new Workflow? Every time this happens i have to make a whole new Workflow
