FB Lead Ads - create contact in systeme io

Hi, I have set up a workflow where any new FB Lead Ads contact is created in systeme io via Pabbly Connect.
But I have this problem: some contacts already exist in systeme io, so when they opt in to my FB Lead Ad, this workflow shows an error : contact already exists in systeme io , so the workflow stops. and these contacts do not start the funnel / receive further emails in the funnel.
I know in Zapier there is an option to Create/Update Contact which works in this scenario, so no matter how many times people optin to my FB Lead Ads, the workflow is complete and they go into futher actions in my funnels.
How to fix this in PabblyConnect?

You can fix this issue in Pabbly Connect by using the "Search Contact by Email" action before creating the contact in Systeme.io. Here's how:

1. Search for the contact using the "Search Contact by Email" action in Systeme.io.
2. Set up a router:
   • If the contact exists, use the "Update Contact" action.
   • If the contact does not exist, proceed with the "Create Contact" action.

This way, your workflow will not stop due to duplicate contacts, and they will continue through your funnel.

Thank you, does it mean it will be plus 2 more tasks for each contact?

It will consume 1 extra task for each contact. The 'Search Contact by Email' action step will consume that task.
