Fixing Emoji Encoding Issues in Emails ������

Hello,
I'm using ChatGPT to reply to emails with emojis. The text arrives perfectly, but the emojis appear as strange symbols in the emails like this ( ������)

Please help me fix this issue so the emojis can display correctly without any problems.
I used Email Content Type as html and plan but not resolved.
