Flow not working

Team, I have created a flow & tested it with "save & send test request" In this case it always work in test but in reality its not working , I think the trigger is also not hitting as the flow is here.
When a new row will be added by form to excel , it will trigger the event & sent whatsapp msg. But its not triggering at all, its updating 2nd last & may be because of this the trigger is not hitting . I am not sure whats the issue, pls help.
