Getting message details from Helpwise

I've set-up Helpwise to trigger when a message is tagged - but the response doesn't include the message or who sent it. Is it possible to access these?

Hey @otherpaulsmith

You can use the action event "Get Emails of threads" as shown in the below screenshot. You will be able to get the message on the "message" label and the details of the person to whom it was sent.

We looked into HelpWise's API documentation and currently, they do not provide the plain text version of the message.
