Google My Business Reviews Reply is not being propagated to Google.

Hello, I create a workflow to answer reviews in Google My Business. The workflow seems to be working in Pabbly and the "Create reply" Module seems to send the response to the google review when I click the "Save and Send Test Request. The problem is that I refresh the google review in google, and there is no reply.

Hey @overnatural

If you want your response to be automatically posted on your Google My Business page, it's important to link the Review Name from the trigger event. This connection will enable dynamic and seamless replies to customer reviews on your GMB.
