Google Sheets to Google Slides (map URL and make it clickable)

I have mapped fields from Google Sheets to Google Slides. The data is showing as required. BUT when i have a URL in the Google Sheets and when i get this data into Google Slides, it is showing as a text only and it is not showing as a clickable link though it is a clickable link in Google Sheets. But when i hit Enter in the text box, it gets converted to a clickable link.

Is there any way to use URL (clickable) in Google Slides automatically by mapping URL from Google Sheets data?

I had a discussion with the technical team, and they have informed me that it's not possible to make it a clickable or redirectable link.
