How can I set up date-based workflow triggers

We are having Webinars on Saturdays
People register for webinar on Facebook through Ads & they pay using instamojo > the ads are running 24x7 users can come anytime (mon, tue, wed, fri, even 10minutes before the webinar)
We are sending upto 7 watsapp API (WATI) messages to them. We are looking to automate this flow of messages but there is one obstacle..
For those coming on Monday to Wednesday we can send them messages 2 messages daily upto saturday...But what about those coming on Friday nigh or saturday morning...we do not want to spam them with 7 messages...instead, we just want to send them 2 - 3 very important messages.
How do we do this with pabbly? I talked to the WATI support & they said I need to use some 'Branch' function in Pabbly. I cant find any branch function...

please help.
