How do i complete broadcast

Why i can't able send a test message it show anonymous error. see the attached files.
Hi,
We have checked your Chatflow account and found that the approved WhatsApp template named flash_sale_announcement is not available in your Chatflow account.
If you have deleted this template, please check whether it is still available in your Whatsapp Manager.
If the template is available on Meta, please sync the WhatsApp templates again in Chatflow and try sending the test message.
Once you have completed these steps, please let us know. We will then investigate further from our end to identify why the test message is not being sent.
