How do we reorder actions in the new Builder

Thanks for reaching out!

While action steps in the Pabbly Connect workflow Builder cannot be re-ordered via direct drag-and-drop, you can easily change the sequence using the Copy & Paste Action Steps feature:

1. Click the 3 dots (options menu) on the right side of the action step you want to move and select Copy Step.

2. Scroll to the desired location in your workflow sequence and click the (+) plus icon.

3. Click Paste Step to duplicate the action module into the new position.

4. Verify that the copied step is placed correctly, then delete the original step from its previous position.

1. (OLD) Click the 3 dots (options menu) on the right side of the action step you want to move and select Copy Step. (NEW) Right-click on the action step you want to move and select Copy Step.

2. (OLD) Scroll to the desired location in your workflow sequence and click the (+) plus icon. (NEW) Right-click on the step on or after which you want the copied step to be applied.

3. Click Paste Step to duplicate the action module into the new position.

4. Verify that the copied step is placed correctly, then delete the original step from its previous position.
