I am organizing a free, in-person event on technology, aimed exclusively at people in leadership positions in their companies. Registration is carried out through our website using a form created with MailerLite, where we collect information such as name, surname, email, etc.
Once the form is submitted, an automation in MailerLite notifies the requester that they will receive a confirmation within a maximum of 7 days. During this time, we review the forms to verify they meet the requirements. If so, a confirmation is sent via email.
I would like to use Eventbrite to generate a QR code ticket to register attendance at the event entrance. To avoid manually adding attendees in Eventbrite, I plan to use Pabbly. The idea is that confirmed attendees are added in bulk blocks manually to a specific group in MailerLite. An automation in MailerLite will detect new subscribers in this group and send them the event confirmation.
In Pabbly, I have created a trigger to detect when a subscriber is added to this specific group. The second step is a filter that identifies this particular group. The third step should be to add the attendee in Eventbrite, but Pabbly does not offer this option.
Last year I had to manually add over 300 attendees on Eventbrite, which was very tedious. I am looking for an automated solution to avoid this manual process. If you have any suggestions or solutions, please review the screenshots of the attached workflow. Any help simplifying this process would be greatly appreciated.
