How to get the correct order ID format from Swipe Pages?

Hi @Edwin,

Please try entering a valid Order ID that's present in your ThriveCart account or remove the Order ID entirely and see if that fixes your issue.

Hi @ArshilAhmad, the order ID shouldn't be in ThriveCart because I made the purchase with Swipe Pages, right?

Also, I removed the order ID field, but still the same result
