How to increase the number of conversations per day?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you want to increase the number of conversations you can initiate per day and eventually reach the unlimited tier.
The daily conversation limit in Pabbly Chatflow is set by Meta at the WhatsApp Business portfolio level via the WhatsApp Cloud API — it is not something Pabbly can raise manually. The scaling tiers are: 250 users, then 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and finally Unlimited.
To move up the tiers, Meta reviews your account automatically based on the following:
- Complete Meta Business Verification (this is key to moving from 250 to the 1,000 tier).
- Maintain a High or Medium quality rating.
- Consistently initiate conversations with at least 50% of your current limit over a rolling 7-day period.
- Ensure recipients engage with your messages (replies help build a positive reputation).
- Comply with Meta's messaging policies and keep block/report rates low.
Meta reviews limits roughly every 6 hours and automatically upgrades your portfolio to the next tier when these conditions are met. If your limit does not increase even after Business Verification is completed and sufficient time has passed, please contact Meta Support directly, as they have full control over these messaging tiers.
