The Activity Logs module allows you to view and track all actions performed inside your Pabbly Chatflow account for better transparency, accountability, and auditing.
Example:
If you disable a notification toggle under Notification Preferences, this action will immediately appear in the Activity Logs.
You can see details such as who made the change, what setting was updated, and the exact time it happened.
Note:
Activity Logs help maintain complete transparency and allow administrators to monitor key actions across the workspace.
Only the Team Owner has access to view Activity Logs. Team members cannot see the activity history.
Step 1: Log in to Your Pabbly Chatflow Account
Access your Pabbly Chatflow dashboard by signing in with your credentials.Step 2: Navigate to Activity Logs
- Go to the Settings module.
- In the navigation panel, click on Activity Logs.
Step 3: Explore Activity Logs
In the Activity Logs section, you can:- View a detailed list of all activities performed by users and the system.
- See timestamps of when each action was taken.
- Identify which team member performed a specific action (e.g., chat assignment, settings update, SLA configuration).
- Monitor system-generated actions for workflows and automation.
- Use filters and search options to find specific activities faster if needed
