Hubspot SMS trigger

Hi Team, I'm very new here and want to learn more!

i'm trying to create a workflow as such:
1. New Contact is created with HS lifecycle stage = Subscriber: Send SMS #1
2. New Contact is created with HS lifecycle stage = Lead: Send SMS #2

Can I ask, how do I create a conditional 'filtering' if a contact stage is Subscriber or Lead?

Currently I can only achieved New Contact is created -> Send SMS #1, no idea how do I pick up the stage and send the appropriate sms

Any help is appreciated!

Regarding your concern, you can use the Filter action step which will allow you to make the condition according to the presence of a subscriber or a lead accordingly. Please check out the following screenshot for your understanding.

Regarding your concerning use case, you can try the "Router" action step where you can make the conditions accordingly.

You can also refer to our tutorial video for you better understanding of the Router action step.

Hi Supreme, understand the Router action, however what im trying to get is, how do I retrieve this info from HS - "If email recipient Opened email" as I can't seem to find the trigger for this on Pabbly.

We looked into the Hubspots' API documentation for your concerning action event but we couldn't find any event which can retrieve such email status.

Besides, we have contacted their support team for the same and if they could tell us any alternatives to retrieve the details we will let us know the possibility of it.

We have added the " HubSpot CRM (Legacy): New Email Event (Beta)" trigger event, now kindly try this trigger event at your end and let us know if that works for you.
