I am unable to remove a Payment Gateway.

Is Subscription billing I created a test gateway. But now there is no option to remove the gateway.
I have removed the payment gateway from the products so that the customer cannot select it, but when adding a new credit card the test gateway shows up as a radio box option on the new credit card landing page.
