I am unable to remove a Payment Gateway.

Is Subscription billing I created a test gateway.  But now there is no option to remove the gateway.
I have removed the payment gateway from the products so that the customer cannot select it, but when adding a new credit card the test gateway shows up as a radio box option on the new credit card landing page.
The account owner email is [email hidden]

Thanks for contacting us.

First of all, you can Inactive the particular gateways in your account.

The second option is to remove it by editing the Product; instead of selecting All Payment gateways, select the one that you want the user to use to pay while checking out. At the moment, you have selected All payment gateways that is why the Test payment being active is also showing.

Hello Adeel,

Thanks for the quick reply. For your first option, how do I bring up the context menu to show "Edit. Delete, Mark as Inactive". I can't get this to come up as I don't have the three vertical dots visible..

Hello Robert,

You have to hover the mouse over that particular block; the 3-dots will appear on the right side.

Hello Robert,

I checked the video that you shared; it seems you are accessing the Admin account as a Team Member. Team Members do not have the privileges to turn on or off any payment gateway. Only an Admin can do so.

It would appear to be an issue when I am using the logged in as Patrick Blampied account via my own account. The three dots are not there. But on my own master account the three vertical dots are there. I need to be able to manage the gateways with the "logged in as" permissions.

I was able to create the Test Gateway but not remove it. Either both should be disable or both enabled.

I do not have access to the Admin account currently. Can you please just remove the "Robs Test Gateway" please.
