I have three Shopify stores — Store A, Store B, and Store C.

My main store is Store A, where I receive all customer orders.

Using Pabbly Connect, I sometimes send orders from Store A → Store B, and at other times from Store A → Store C, depending on my needs.

However, I’ve recently noticed that when an order is placed on Store A, it is being created on both Store B and Store C at the same time.

Issue

It seems that both automations (A → B and A → C) are running simultaneously, causing duplicate orders to appear on both stores.
I only want the order to go to one store at a time — either B or C — depending on which automation I choose to use.

What I Want

I want to control where the order from Store A goes:

  • If I enable the A → B automation, the order should go only to Store B.
  • If I enable the A → C automation, the order should go only to Store C.
  • There should be no duplicate orders created on both stores.

If I enable the A → B automation, the order should go only to Store B.
  • If I enable the A → C automation, the order should go only to Store C.
By “enabling the automation,” do you mean enabling the workflow? If yes then the order will get added only to the store, whose workflow was enabled during execution.

Thank you for sharing the Workflow URL. Could you please share the specific Task History that triggered both of your workflows, even though one of them was disabled?

PS: Currently, both of your workflows have the same name. We suggest giving them distinct names to avoid confusion.

Thanks & Regards,
