On 28th July, I registered & paid for PSB (Monthly) - Basic Plan. And unfortunately the plan is not for me.
I tried to request for cancelation & refund on 29th July. Later I received an email with an expired zoho meeting link to disccus about my cancelation (?).
Its been almost a week and nothing have changed, not even a single follow up.
Please advise.
